LEASE TERMS
Each unit is offered by way of a new 9-year lease on effective full repairing and insuring terms, by way of a managed service charge. Leases will be subject to three yearly, upward only rent reviews in line with the Jersey Retail Price Index. Quoting rentals are as detailed below:
