About Me

Quérée Property Consultants was founded by Jonathan Quérée MRICS in September 2020.

Having studied at the University of West England in Bristol, Jonathan returned to Jersey in 2002 with a BSc honours degree in Real Estate Valuation and Management.

Jonathan began his career with the Government of Jersey in 2003 and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2007. In 2009, Jonathan left the Government of Jersey to join a local firm of Chartered Surveyors and later moved to CBRE in 2015, leaving CBRE in September 2020 to setup Quérée Property Consultants.

As a RICS Registered Valuer, Jonathan is skilled in commercial valuations, encompassing all scenarios and asset types. Jonathan also has experience of valuing large residential properties and can provide development advice in respect of both commercial and residential assets. Jonathan’s valuation experience encompasses some of the largest and most prestigious buildings and portfolios in Jersey, and his applied valuation experience is highly regarded in the local market.

In addition to a solid valuation background, Jonathan is experienced in lease consultancy, strategic estate management and managing investment & agency transactions, acting for landlords and tenants, property owners and purchasers, in both on and off-market transactions. Jonathan is a skilled negotiator, well-known for his thoroughness and tenacity.

Jonathan is married to Michelle and father to Phoebe and Charles. He is passionate about Jersey and in particular, the island’s politics, built-environment, history and nature. Much of his spare time is taken up with his family, enjoying exploratory walks around the island and at the beach.
